Please be advised that I met with the home owners on September **, due to the home owners availability During our visit, Super-Charged Electric Incdetermined that the wires that were used in the original installation were adequate and to code Everything was explained to [redacted] in detail and the end result was Super-Charged Electric, Incis not at fault for the poor connection [redacted] and [redacted] have been receiving [redacted] was present during the visit and was left satisfied after our thorough evaluation Thank you, Vincent V [redacted]

RE: Complain ID [redacted] To Whom It May Concern: In regards to the formal complaint filed by [redacted] ***, Super-Charged Electric, Incwould like to formally dispute the alleged acquisition of improper cables being installed at [redacted] Super-Charged Electric, Inc was hired in (12-years ago) through a general contractor M.R.S Incto perform electrical work at [redacted] ***Part of the work required coax cables to be installedThe wires that were installed into the residence of [redacted] were the appropriate coax cables used in Note that these wires were standard in the cable industry in 2004, 12-years ago, they have since been upgradedSuper-Charged Electric, Inchas no way of guaranteeing wiring that was done 12-years ago is to code in the currentThere were no complaints of any issues made by [redacted] prior to July **, Please note that [redacted] contacted our office on Tuesday July **, for the first time to make us aware of the issueMy secretary who spoke to [redacted] took the message and let [redacted] know the message would be given to me and I would contact him to review furtherThis complaint was filed to the Revdex.com by [redacted] the same day as the first phone call to usThis gave Super-Charged Electric absolutely no time to contact either owner or go visit the site to evaluateI did however try returning their call, but there was no answerWe would also like to note that the start date that [redacted] recognized the issue was noted on the complaint as 616, a month prior to anyone ever contacting Super-Charged Electric, IncAs a reputable licensed electrical company of over years, Super-Charged Electric, Inccan assure that we would never put the safety of any client in jeopardy and only use the appropriate New York City electrical code approved equipment to complete the jobIf any further explanations are needed, please don’t hesitate to contact me at ###-###-#### Sincerely, Vincent V [redacted] President License # [redacted] SUPER-CHARGED ELECTRIC, INC [redacted]
