Enhanced Heating and Air Conditioning

Very bad service. This must be a very small business or the voice answering service is just someone who is answering the phones in her spare time. They came to my house to look at my hot water heater and they mentioned they would get back to me first thing the next morning on a quote of a particular part before I made the decision to replace the water heater which would take about 2 days to schedule and install. The next morning came and went and in the meantime Horizon came to my house and installed a water heater for the same price and a better warranty. It is now 3 days after they promised to call me back to give me a quote on a part... Do they think I am OK with no hot water? Nope, they just don't care.

They sent two guys out first thing in the morning after a late evening call to them that I could not keep the boiler running. The two guys were very pleasant. They suggested since the boiler had not been serviced for over a year it would be more cost effective to take a one year contract which would cover the service. The price was super reasonable so we did. I watched the whole time as they took off the stack, vacuumed the insides replaced the oil filter and nozzle and showed me how dirty they were. Another local company wanted over $350 more than double what they charged me. Super happy with them and so is a friend who had them out after my experience.
