Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:I did email the Attorney Connection to inform them that the documents were filled out wrong, I never heard back from them (picture # ending in 150426)On the original petition (picture# 144349) had Greeley, CO court house on the paper work that was also given to The Attorney Connection with the case intake formThe original Petition has [redacted] listed at the "Obligor" also known as in court terms the Respondent in the caseOn the forms provided by Attorney Connection [redacted] is listed as the PetitionerOn Colorado court form JDF it states when filing new paper work the " Petition-The person identified in the original Petition filed with the courts, Respondent-The person identified in the original Petition files with the court." On the documents provided from Attorney Connection [redacted] is listed as the Petitioner(picture# 143957), also they were still missing information like ***'s Winformation for gross incomeThe clerk of courts could not accept the paper work that the Attorney Connections filled out because it did not have a case number nor did it have [redacted] as the Respondent in the case, questions and information were blank or not answeredThey should have been answered all that information was given to Attorney Connection (picture ending in #150426) The court house on the paper work provided by Attorney Connection was Fort Collins, CO; the court house on the original petition is Greeley, COQuestions of the Financial Statement were not filled in (picture# 143929)When I talked with Sid with Attorney Connection I made sure to ask that they had a lawyer that knew Colorado law, he assured me that they had lawyers in Colorado that knew the Colorado court systemClearly they do not know how to fill out paper work Regards, C [redacted] ***
Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Regards, J [redacted] I never called and authorized the second payment that is a complete lieThat is my issueIs the fraudlent charge of my credit cardI never gave you permission to charge my card which is theftWhy would I call you and give you permission to charge my card if I was getting my son without your assistanceI dont care about your no refund policyYou had no right or authorization for the second charge periodMy second call to you was to cancel your service period
First of all, the customer was informed of, and agreed to, the $monthly legal support fee for legal support, attorney access and case management Secondly, this customer never once contacted us (all he had to do was leave a voice message or send us an email) to cancel this fee This is the first notice of his intent to cancel our legal support As such, we have canceled all future payments Finally, in light of the fact that the customer never notified us of this request to cancel, we respectfully request that the Revdex.com not post his complaint
The documents prepared for the customer were correct As for any typos, mistakes, etc., they were corrected as requested by the customer and the revised documents were sent to the customer The documents were proper given the customer's request and the information provided to the customer In addition, the company returned all phone calls to customer and tried to work with customer to resolve any issues However, because the services were provided in accordance with the terms of service, a refund is not warranted

The attachment completely disproves the merit of this customers rejection to our response
