Review: I request a service from this company (a contract was written on 10/18/2013 with a warranty of 190 days) to fix a leak on my roof. An employee came over within a week and tried to fix it when I was not home, but left me a message that the works was done. After a heavy rain (about three weeks later), I discovered that the leak was not fix. I tried to contact the this company and talked to [redacted] more than 5 times, but I did not receive a return phone call.Desired Settlement: I need to get my roof fixed properly.

My guys told me they spoke to him and did go back out there and fix the roof a 2nd time. I'm assuming he accidentally wasn't notified that we returned back to his home. We just left him a voicemail to check on the status of the leak as well right now.
