Ms. [redacted], In response to the complaint below, I submit the following: In looking at the customer’s trouble history, I see that he submitted a trouble ticket on 6/14/17 related to slow speeds.  In looking at signal levels, we engaged the power company and found bad grounding was...

impacting his service.  This was remedied on 6/15/17 and our measurements at the time show the modem was linked at the speeds subscribed to by the customer.  Customer was credited $20, or 50% of his monthly bill for this inconvenience. A subsequent ticket came in on 6/30/17 and his modem still showed linked at 10.24M up X 20.48M down and the signal was clean according to our equipment.  Customer complained of speeds of 1.6M down.  While working with the customer and  assessing, any other potential issues in the outside plant, a tree fell on one of our hard lines near the residence, impacting the customer, as well as homes along the line.  This line was replaced in coordination with the power company and service was restored.  As of the writing of this email, signal levels look very clean in our equipment. Upon receiving this complaint, I have requested that we schedule a time with a customer to test his speeds with our equipment to verify the levels and diagnostics coming from our network equipment.  Should we find additional trouble in our network, we will issue appropriate credit. Sincerely, Kevin [redacted]COOEnhanced Telecommunications Corp.
