Enhancement Construction

I am a good faith purchaser and hired Enhancement Construction to re-do the tile work in my bathroom. He made a bid on the job, we discussed in detail what was required and he agreed to the task of re-tiling my bathroom. Once the job was completed during the week of 11/23/2014 the tiles were unevenly spaced and unevenly coming off the wall. The tiles protruded from the concrete board behind it leaving an unleveling effect for the whole job. The whole tile work now needs to be compeltely redone. Mr. [redacted], the owner of the company and the man that did the work agreed to re-do it but kept giving exscuses for not showing up then changed his mind and agreed to send a full refund. I have not received any refund and now he does not respond my to my inquiries and it haas been over a month.Desired SettlementI am requesting a full refund of $370 that was paid to[redacted] of Enhancement Construction.
