I want to receive objective substantiation that the property that is described on the deed I received from Enid Cemetery regarding a cemetery plot is the property that was described to me by [redacted], director, by phone, prior to my agreeing to purchase it. The deed, see attacked,...

describes a portion of lot 7, block 1 and I believe that property was purchase and is owned by [redacted] R. [redacted] and [redacted] R. [redacted] and they are buried on that lot. I would like objective verification of the ownership of that property, prior to my received a deed for a portion of that property. That verification could be done with a copy of the deed that was issued to [redacted] R. [redacted] and [redacted] R. [redacted]. The property that was described to me by [redacted] was described as being north of [redacted] R. [redacted]' burial site on Lot 7, Block 1 and the deed I received indicates a description that is a portion of Lot 7, Block 1.I have ask [redacted], director, numerous times for a plat map showing the property I was being offered and have never received that information, which is why this question of where the property I was offered is. Since filing this complaint, I have discussed this issue, several times with [redacted] L [redacted], President and [redacted], Secretary, of the Enid Cemetery Association have ask for the plat map that shows the property in question and have been told it would be sent to me but I have not received it. If the description on the deed I received is not valid or if it does not describe the property I was told by [redacted] that I was purchasing, I would like to receive a valid deed for a property that was described to me. [redacted].
