On the 9th of July I made a reservation using the IHG app to make a reservation at the Holiday Inn Express on Wolfin AveAfter making the reservation I realized it was the wrong Holiday Inn ExpressI went to the app and pulled up the reservation and noticed there was a cancel reservation box and clicked cancelI then went and made a reservation at the Holiday Inn Express Medical Center in Amarillo,TxAfter I made this reservation I wanted to make sure the old one was cancelled so I went back and cancelled it again just for good measureSeveral days later in checking my IHG Priemer credit card I saw I was billed twice in Amarillo for staying at Holiday Inn Express'sI called the hotel to rectify the problem but the desk clerk said the manager was on vacationI complained about no manager but she said one would be in sometime in th
