My name is [redacted], I am the owner of Enlighten Studio. There is no [redacted] now nor has there ever been. I have been in contact with [redacted] via email regarding this error. I sent [redacted] emailed " I have never signed for any Enlighten Studio! I am 58 and a...
widow. You sent the invoice to the wrong person, unless they used my card. Please confirm." I responded on May 14th at 11 am with "Ok, I do apologize. I will double check with my client. Thank you, [redacted] Sent from my iPhone"I then contacted my client [redacted] who is not 58 and a widow, and let her know that I sent the invoice to the wrong email address, and I see that I messed up and forgot the "a" after [redacted] before [redacted] in her email address. I let my client know that I would resend all the info for her wedding. Since I am a hairdresser, and sometimes get befuddled with technology I accidentally sent the invoice again to [redacted] from my square account, which does not keep credit card numbers on file. [redacted] proceeded to send me the following email today Friday May 15th "I AM NOT THE RIGHT [redacted]! I LIVE IN ILLINOIS AND AVE SINCE 1992! YOU HAVE THE WRONG [redacted]. YOU WOULD ANSWER YOUR PHONE OR RESPOND TO THE MESSAGES I LEFT ON YOUR PHONE! THE CONCERN IS IN THE HANDS OF THE Revdex.com! PLEASE FIX YOUR MESS!"My response was as follows "[redacted],I know that this is not you. I sent you an email previously that this was in error. I accidentally resent the invoice. I am a busy stylist working on clients. I don't always have time to answer. As you can see the time the email was sent, it was very late at night. DO NOT WORRY YOU ARE NOT BEING CHARGED. I DO NOT EXPECT PAYMENT FROM YOU. THE RIGHT [redacted] HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OF THIS, AND HAS PAID HER INVOICE. THE EMAIL/INVOICE HAS BEEN CHANGED TO HER CORRECT EMAIL. AS YOU CAN SEE BELOW THE INVOICE HAS BEEN PAID. I APOLOGIZE THAT MISTAKES DO HAPPEN. YOU WILL NOT BE CONTACTED AGAIN TO FOR ANY PAYMENT OR APPOINTMENTS. Thank you,[redacted]I am not trying to nor was I ever trying to charge [redacted] from Illinois. I have been working in the salon all day with clients, and haven't had the time to answer the phone. That is why I have a voicemail system that says if we are not able to answer then we are either with a client or it is after business hours. We will return your call as soon as we can. No I was not ignoring her. The right [redacted] has paid, the email address has been updated. I would like this complaint closed, as I have done all in my power to rectify the situation and it has been. Thank you,[redacted]
