I did not agree to any other services than what I had in No other fee should appear and I am owed money My insurance indicates this, my history indicates this and even the collection agency seems understand that I owe nothing more Regards, [redacted]

Thank you for forwarding Mr. [redacted]'s response. We have reviewed it and are working to address the complaint. I personally reached out to the third-party payer on 5/12/2017 and we continue to work towards a solution with them.While I am certain that this response will not fully satisfy Mr. [redacted]'s complaint, we are unable to discuss the matter in further detail through Revdex.com due to HIPAA compliance. I find it interesting they are concerned about HIPPA now considering their open gallery approach.   No this response is not accepted.  I also don't consider their previous conversations as "open" in any sense.   I have a slightly adjusted statement today that fails to remove the erroneous and unexplained fee that started this dispute.  I am not a new patient!  I did not agree to any other services than what I had in 2016.  No other fee should appear and I am owed money.   My insurance indicates this, my history indicates this and even the collection agency seems understand that I owe nothing more.
