Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: the heat shield that made no difference actually made the engine run at half powerTo this day the car has been there three times and the car is still not done properlyI was never notified throughout the whole process and I was clearly lied too because there was no new turbo put in my car which was the last reason it took another two weeks to finishI stayed that I would review the company because of this far I'm not happyEven this last time the car was there They didn't fix the issues they simply did a cheap job, which at that point my insurance adjuster had to come back and look at the car and agree with me that the 3rd time it still wasnt done right so I left it there and was told by Wednesday I would have my vehicleNo call Wednesday no call Thursday I called my insurance Friday to find out my car would be done that afternoonPick up the car still not done properly and now it's going somewhere elseI have requested a full document stating what's been done to the car and have been refused which by wa state law is illegalNow I want a full refund I did not receive the service I wanted I have been led To and they won't tell me what they did To my car because Fell the manager told me they were not putting aftermarket parts on my vertical when in fact they were verbal contacts in this state are legal too so the moment he told me that he broke the law tooI've found Dell has been dismissed from other shops for all these same issues I'm havingAnd yes they get a star review from me and quite a few past customers have already done so for all the same reasons as mineI only took my vehicle there because my insurance recommended them I also have her a bad review and am switching insurances and I'm days away from hiring an attorney to handle meridian collisonSincerely,*** ***

Ms*** has received all of the final repair paperwork for her vehicle both times she picked her vehicle up. Attached is a copy of the repairs performed at our facilityShe is clearly unhappy with the entire process and unwilling to understand what her contract and Insurance policy reads in regards to the use of LKQ (Like Kind Quality) and aftermarket partsThe hood was aftermarket but was authorized for replacement with an OEM hood by her insurance adjuster when the vehicle was brought back inWhen she picked the vehicle up while her adjuster was here, there were no further complaints expressed to us by Ms*** or her adjuster who met her here for the deliveryAs for the statements regarding Dell, Complete slander on her part

Ms. [redacted] vehicle had nearly $11,000.00 in front end damages when it was towed into us. We completed the estimate once we received the Insurance Assignment and ordered parts that same day. Since the vehicle is a Mini Cooper and parts needed to be specially ordered, we were unable to start the...

repairs immediately. In accordance to Ms. [redacted] insurance company profile, we are required to locate and utilize the least expensive parts we can find and we did try to utilize as many OEM parts as possible. Once the vehicle was ready, we did in fact give Ms. [redacted] a $50.00 allowance on her $1000.00 deductible that she was responsible to pay. When the vehicle was picked-up, there was a minor issue with the engine; Heat shield on the exhaust manifold; that made no issues with runability other than to make a rattle noise. We, Meridian Collision, put her into a rental at our expense, towed the vehicle to the dealership for the repair and delivered the vehicle back to her. Ms. [redacted] stated at the time she picked her vehicle up that "If we were to waive a large portion of her deductible, she wouldn't blast us on the internet." The owner of our company stated to her that by requesting such a thing is actually a form of black mail and or slander.
