Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: This newspaper office is miles from my house which means they could deliver a paper in as little time as one hourThere is a paper delivery person name *** that lives only a mile away but I'm not on her routeI can't understand why I can't get my paper in a timely manner, everyday, because this is what I pay forGiving me a day old paper does not benefit me in anywayI pay for this service but have missed several papers, which means I'm paying for a service that I'm not receivingWhich should be fraud. Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I have not been credited for the newspapers I did not receive and if the Kitsap Sun can't contact the person that is suppose to be delivering my newspaper and have that person do her job by bringing me a newspaper that she should have brought, then the Kitsap Sun is at fault and should take actionI reject the idea that if I don't receive a paper I should read it on lineI'm paying for a service and a product that I haven't received, my account has not been credited to compensate for the product and service I'm paying for but never know if I'll receive a paper or not. The Kitsap Sun is clearly at fault but fails to take any responsibility for their lack of concern for their customers and the Sun should correct the problem with the delivery person.Sincerely,*** ***

We appreciate each and every one of our subscribersThis customer lives in a very remote area of the county that is a non same day redelivery area for the Kitsap SunWhile we make every effort to exceed those parameters we can not guarantee redelivery of a missed paper on the same dayWe have given the customer credit for the inconvenience and non deliverywe provide a digital replica edition of the newspaper that is available each dayDue to the remoteness of this subscriber that would be a more reliable method option.Brent M*** Publisher Kitsap Sun

Customer's subscription address is in a market where "same day redelivery" is not an option or offer.  Complaints for missed delivery of service have been addressed with distribution team with resolutions occurring on a next day schedule.The Kitsap Sun will be happy to give customer a full...

refund on monthly services should customer request this from management.  Account would be terminated and refund sent within 2-weeks of termination.
