They were to deliver a mattress on behalf of The Hudson's Bay one week ago and due to The Hudson Bay providing an error in delivery window were going to be delivering minutes earlier than someone was available to accept delivery Asked drivers if they could wait the 10-minutes until someone was there - or circle back - but refused, causing delivery to be rescheduled (and all of the inconveniences around having to have another person be available for the hour delivery window) The week following they were to deliver between - pm window...got called at 5:to say they would be minutes late Interesting how it's okay for the customer to wait for them but it's not okay for them to wait for the customer! They were to deliver a mattress on behalf of The Hudson's Bay one week ago and due to The Hudson Bay providing an error in delivery window were going to be delivering 15 minutes earlier than someone was available to accept delivery. Asked drivers if they could wait the 10-15 minutes until someone was there - or circle back - but refused, causing delivery to be rescheduled (and all of the inconveniences around having to have another person be available for the 6 hour delivery window).
The week following they were to deliver between 12 - 6 pm window...got called at 5:59 to say they would be 15 minutes late.
Interesting how it's okay for the customer to wait for them but it's not okay for them to wait for the customer!
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE=POOR EXPERIENCE=POOR REVIEW
In this day in age, you are not 'entitled' to people's business, you have to earn it.
