I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to...
complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have had another mechanic look at this and he said it's the pressure going to the clutch when the car is in reverse so the clutch in the Air conditioner needs to be fixed properly and it wasn't when I paid $1500.00 and he says it's a belt and it isn't. The garage needs to figure out why the air conditioner/compressor is making noise from when they put it in it hasnt worked without noise. they also over charged me $500 and I feel something needs to be done with that as well.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. There still is the matter of overcharging for parts. I have a receipt proving that air condition/compressor part was only $300 and I was charged $800 that is $500 overcharged and that is just on that part. there were other parts with this job, this vehicle and other vehicles. There needs to be some reimbursement for the overcharges.
