As I was looking for an echo dot, I came across this web site. They had a sale for Echo Dot (3rd Generation) - Heather Gray × 2 for 45.98 plus tax and shipping which was 52.03 - The site directed me to a paypal page and I used my credit card through paypal. Their number *** is a fake number, none of my phones will dial the number - The other number was for a *** which only goes to voicemail. The email address of *** will bounce back. I received an email from paypal with a tracking number and contact info which is the seller *** UPS tracking ***.That tracking number is not real. It has my name at the top, then another persons name right under mine with an address that is not mine, nor have I ever lived there. If I go to their web site and search for my order which is number the site shows that the order is still in processing status.

I purchased a vacuum cleaner on their website on 2/28/20. I have sent several emails that are returned to me as undelivered additionally I have attempted to call the company only to be told that I had the wrong number and that several people have called in reference to this company, In doing so, they have since filed complaint via pay pal.

I've not received my order. Site says it is still processing. email does not work. leaving voicemail does not work, nothing on the website works other than placing orders. I used paypal for a secure checkout - I contacted paypal who has not been able to reach out to this company either. I did get a tracking number but turns out that number did not belong to me, yet it was the same items I had ordered and it was shipped to a home close to where I live

Enochshop is a fake website that will take your money, but never deliver any products. There is absolutely no way to get a hold of them. The number on their website is a California number that has nothing to do with the company.
