I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # *** I don't not have any negativity I'm on hospice first, the business admitted to rejoining my matreee from there gel overlay and the worker who picked up the gel over lay stated to myself and my husband this should of never been brought to my home in regards to the " stain" and bleach again being unsaanitary bleach was applied to attempt to remove the Oder and sanitize for us to sleep but didn't work and that's why the company was called also to pick up the gel overlay The cleaning person was coming to remove the Oder ! Which is still present and my mattress is still damp after several days after the hospice nurse who was here heard in hours would be dry We knew that it wouldn't be removed from cleaner it's a foam mattress and no where did I say about the stain it was the " urine" smell The company offered check was all due to my mattress not new and again we wouldn't even be having this conversation if there product didn't destroy To throw accusations of me being aversive or negative I'm upset , we don't have the funds to buy a new bed and this company since the cleaner has never reached out The last I was told *** the owner refused to buy a new bed The man who came to our house to get the gel over lay who was super nice knew as well this over lay reunited my bed I don't know what else to say or explain Hospice is involved as well as hey are disgusted on what has happened and nothing but ck ( never given) and a cleaning was performed you can't get a urine Oder out of a foam mattress and to be accused of something at home doing this is wrongyou accuse when you have proof which I have which the company admitted dollars isn't going to purchase a new mattress especially when I didn't need a new one before this And again I'm a hospice patient and shouldn't be dealing with the stress , the accusation and the finger pointing that this company has done

Even though we were under no requirement to do so, we attempted to provide a replacement mattressHer mattress has been discontinued and the manufacturer provided us the replacement, which was certainly not "cheap". The latex was in the interior core of mattress, and not on any part that could have had personal contactThis againwe specified when ordering this mattress. There is nothing further we can offer this customer

that it is something other than the new roof membranes we installed. We asked to please let us apply a tarp over the new roof we installed so if it rains and it leaks we know it cannot be the new roof. But that is not an option you are willing to consider. We are not going anywhere and it is our goal and hope that you will allow us the opportunity to access the property to determine exactly where this water is coming from.

They are not being truthful in there response. They caused 99% of the water issues in my home. After 6 months of there trial and error they cannot resolve this. The owners said a new company would come out and try. They were taking care of it which never happened. They are in denial. There is no mention of all the interior damage they have caused.I will not allow them to continue to put there head in the sand after what they have done to my home. Legal council has been started and they claim to have a XXXXXXX insurance bond but never showed it or contacted them. The roof was pitched the wrong way from the get go. This is after I warned the owners and the foreman of what they were doing. I will NOT live with this standing water in front of my kids room nor the mold nor the continued damage from a company that will not admit to its errors. You can see they were out 8 times. After they left each time after running hoses my home leaked for days after that. How much is my family suppose to take. My wife is on 4 medications from the mold and her asthma. I have several people whom had seen what happened to the home after they put this roof on. I am insulted this person would insinuate this was like this before they came which shows you the character of this company

I will attempt to work out a solution with respondent. There opinion that my water issue was not a direct result of there installation has already been disputed by [redacted] who is a licensed
adjuster whom I hired. This is crazy.I went to a little issue to a full blown disaster and this company continues to try to tell me this is something not of there doing. I feel I am in the twilight Zone. I told [redacted] to call [redacted] so we could get this resolved.and to contact his insurance company. If it was not there doing they would have noted that. Mr. [redacted] chose to argue with me and my family we were imagining all the water pouring around us and it was no fault of his company. back of the house has a flat roof that was not done by our company. We only replaced the shingle roof on the front of the house. Regardless if Sunday does not work for the owner I have made arrangements to go after 5:00 pm during the week of June 11, 2017 to get this resolved.

Good day my original message I am on hospice and as you will read my review to enos medical supply in New Bedford ma you'll understand. They attempted to throw a 250 check toward a new mattress there company destroyed because my bed is not new. I didn't need a new bed until there company did what they did. Please help I don't have the energy nor do we have the funds for our mattress it's " sleep options" foam mattress Review; I had to give 1 star I would of given none because it made me. Y'all gave me a used gel overlay that leaked URINE and destroyed my mattress. And yes my bed is not new nor did I know was a "requirement" to have a new mattress. You destroyed my mattress and admitted it . Yes you sent some cleaner here which made it WORSE!! I'm on hospice , don't need this stress and we don't have the money for a new mattress Nor should We even have to get one but I do because of you destroying mine that you and your employee agreed you did. I will take this as far as I am able news stations , papers whomever will listen to make you pay for your mistake! It's unsanitary to even remotely know someone's urine is in my mattress due to how you sanitize your equipment absolutely disgusting! Remove our memory foam ( heavy) mattress to find out it's a cheap no name "foam" not memory just foam mattress. My husband also told the company I have a severe latex allergy and was assured the ordered the non latex. There 15% latex in this foam mattress that is garbage and I'm so thankful I didn't sleep in it because we saw the tag. Again I'm on hospice , Friday just had a central line placed and to deal with all of this stress is " cruel" not to mention the inconvenience , possible life threatening issue with the latex they send and of sleeping on our guest futon bed and my husband out sofa. I am praying you can help because this is wrong ! The nurse from the company is coming today her names [redacted]. She attempted to tell me lastnight my mattress no longer is in business it's only 5 years young and found it right away. Unsure if she believes I'm uneducated or because I'm on hospice I should be thankful for what they did for destroying my MEMORY foam mattress. I've included my bed sleep option and there no name foam. This company has also now refused hospice calls  and being around any type of latex is my allergy knowing this knowing a " foam" not memeoory foam like assured my " [redacted]" was taken care of exact memory foam mattress was still given    Hospice is even trying to help and this company isn't getting back to them   Also the cleaner they hired made the smell worse but in there first response prior they statered no responsibility but sent a cleaner and sent this "foam " " cheap" mattreess there nurse even sat on today in my home with my husband with the hospice nurse here as witnessed  she apologized and didn't know what to say but never returned calls like she stated in front of all of us! This is wrong I'm on hospice and you are wrong!!!!!!! I'm not uneducated [redacted] told us you replaced with exactly what we have my husband has a voice mail from her and was sent [redacted]! No mattress company ever came like you told hospice  it's been lie after lie. Now that all this has been exposed of what your company did you return no calls !? You jeopardized my health   Central line was placed Friday and you send this " foam" it's chaeap the hospice nurse looked it up seeing there's  no name   You destroyed my memory foam matresss and you are responsible

The pricing we charge is set by the insurance company, not us. The charges are reflective of their fee schedule, and her deductible, not by anything we set.

We are licensed to sterilize mattress and follow a very specific sanitization process, and it is not possible for a mattress to be distributed with urine in it.  when mattresses are returned to warehouse, they go through a multi step process that involves disinfectants, multi point...

visual inspections, as well as a drying stage.  they are then stored in a dry non air conditioned warehouse.  the customer had the mattress for a month before reporting an issue.  when we became aware of the complaint and the accusation of urine, we immediately sent a staff member to investigate.  he noted the stain on the mattress, which was reported to him as having been from bleach they used to try to clean.  He reported no urine, but rather that it appeared the gel had a possible leak and a strong chemical smell.  We brought the mattress back to our warehouse, where it was analyzed by the repair staff.  They again found no evidence of urine, nor were they even able to identify a leak in the gel. there was no stain in the mattress from any leak.   he was unable to identify any cause of odor or fluid stemming from the mattress.   Our general manager reached out and offered to pay for either a cleaning or pay towards a new mattress. a professional mattress cleaner was sent. he treated the area for any odors, but was unable to remove the stain.  in trying to communicate with the customer, and in seeing her previous reviews of other companies, it seems as if she has a history of aggressively negative reviews and feedback.  We admit zero fault in this, and have attempted to work with her to rectify this situation.  we are opposed to paying full replacement value for a mattress that couldn't have been damaged through our equipment, and is more likely a result of something in her home environment, but we are open to a mediated solution through Revdex.com.
