Are you not seeing the refund in your PayPal account under ***@hotmail.com?
Also, please note that your trial was ordered on November 3, 22:25:UTC and it converted hours later on November 5, 2015 11:38:UTC because it was not successfully canceled.
Your eNotes account has also been disabled and canceled so you will not be re-billed and as noted above you have been refunded $to your PayPal account.

eNotes is a big joke of a company. Their refund policies are garbage! If I could give them negative stars, I would for sure. A reputable company would make exceptions to their policy due to circumstances. Stay VERY FAR AWAY!
