Scammers Scammers Scammers! Stay away! you will be thanking me! Impossible to deal with, and impossible to leave them even after the contract expires. They live on scamming people!

I switched my rental water heater from [redacted] Gas to one from Enerpure Home Comfort a few years ago My problem is that they keep increasing the rental fess every year It started off on par with [redacted] around $ per month and now it is at $per month I don't understand why the rate has to go higher when the tank is getting older and I don't see a website to complain or find out more information either The website is listed as www.enpure.ca, but when I put that in it says there is a problem with the webiste's certificate, so I don't want to go there

I saw the negative reviews and figured I should contribute my positive review, Hot water heater stopped working Jan1st in the early eveningI called the toll-free number and left a messageThe next day by early afternoon, the problem was fixed - and covered under the rental agreement Very pleased

In I agreed to replace a rental water heater in my home with an Enpure representative at no cost
My understanding at that time was that Enpure would be the responsive party with respect to supply, installation and servicing of the water heater
On the evening of January 4th of I noticed that water was leaking form the base of the water heater and immediately phoned Enpure to report the problem and request emergency service
I was informed that a technician would not be available until the following morning and was directed to shut of the main water supply to the water heater
I appealed to the customer service rep to affect an emergency service call as the water was at this point intruding on the carpet of the finished basement and saturating the finished drywall
The customer service rep informed me that no technician would be dispatched until the morning despite my pleas to have emergency service provided as soon as possible
Effectively no emergency service is available form this companyI will have sustained considerable damage to my property as a result of a defective water heater which has been supplied from this company
I would not recommend this company to anyone that currently is considering replacing the water heater

I'd also like to balance the negative reviews here: we bought a house that had a contract for a hot water heater (not tankless) with them, so we took over the contractA year or so later, the hot water heater had a problem; I called the number, and a technician came over right away and replaced the control boxProblem solved; quick and easy

I don't understand why the rate has to go higher when the tank is getting older and I don't see a website to complain or find out more information either.
