Review: I paid $120 to [redacted], of Enrick Computer Services on May 24, 2014, for my yearly web hosting fees for the time frame 10/14-10/15.Prior to this, I performed writing services for him in lieu of my 10/13-10/14 dues with his consent. Unfortunately, I was sorry to report that due to gross mistakes on behalf of the company, I terminated my service on June 12, 2014. I notified [redacted] of my decision to terminate. He in turn sent me an email indicating that I would be sent a refund. It is now one month later, and no refund. [redacted] has not indicated the basis on which he has chosen to keep all of my yearly dues. He certainly terminated my web page. But he kept the money. My emails to him have not been addressed on this matter. He simply wrote, "he will send the check accordingly." His lack of motivation to perform a simple refund has clearly been understood. I find this form of business unacceptable. No reputable firm is permitted to operate in this fashion, by doing whatever they want, whenever they feel like. I would like the assistance of the Revdex.com to secure this refund. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $120.

Thank you again for accommodating us on this matter. I have attached the check image in PDF format. The check was dated and sent to customer on 08-08-14 and was cleared from our bank on 08-14-2014.
As I have mentioned on the phone earlier. Our client and our Company has an agreement (documented, confirmed and signed by the client) that dues are payable 1 year in-advanced and no refund. Thus, we are really lenient about the return policy as we religiously practice our Core Value: Customer Service Satisfaction. Per customer's note below, I have never realized that her response was exaggerated, thus I can see her frustrations. Addition, we have informed our customer that we do not have an ETA for the refund date, as we strive to "under promise and over deliver" our services. We highly acknowledged and respected our customers concern and we will continue to provide a First-Class Customer Service.
