I recently took my daughter's wedding dress in to be cleanedI heard this establishment had a very good reputationI specified the method of cleaning and was very specific as my daughter had hand appliquéd silk and lace onto the dress, involving many hours of tedious hand sewingI was pleased to get a call the dress was ready a month before the predicted dateWhen I picked it up the cor of the silk was green not blueNo test spot was done on the silkThe original charge was $175, I was given $dollars off and the clerk said, the green is pretty color, so was the blueThus the dress my daughter customized is no longerI am deeply dissatisfied and will not use this cleaners again
