I recently took my daughter's wedding dress in to be cleaned. I heard this establishment had a very good reputation. I specified the method of cleaning and was very specific as my daughter had hand appliquéd silk and lace onto the dress, involving many hours of tedious hand sewing. I was pleased to get a call the dress was ready a month before the predicted date. When I picked it up the cor of the silk was green not blue. No test spot was done on the silk. The original charge was $175, I was given $25 dollars off and the clerk said, the green is pretty color, so was the blue. Thus the dress my daughter customized is no longer. I am deeply dissatisfied and will not use this cleaners again.
