vehicle was picked up without incident.  We did not work on a wheel bearing. Apparently the wheel bearing went. A sensor will not effect a wheel bearing.The complaint indicates the sensor was installed incorrectly. Our CSM talked with the [redacted] representative and inquired about there allegation that it was installed incorrectly. The [redacted] rep vehemently denied ever saying that. There is only one way to install a sensor. It either goes in or it doesn't. The tech who worked on tis has been doing this for 30 yearWe understand the customer was unhappy. They filed for a chargeback on their credit card payment. We did not contest it. The wheel bearing is seperate and distinct.
