I had a horrible experience with the place this women Tiffany is a thief she over charges and then uses your pin to charge to your cc a tip without your permission!!! This people are running a big scam hopefully soon they will be caught and this place will be close down !!!

I am rejecting this response because:The business is not making any effort to resolve the issue or make accommodations for poor service.  Secondly, there is no way that the "owner" could evaluate if staff performed accordingly if they weren't there to physically make an evaluation.  From what I was told by three different staff members, including the customer service manager, was that the owner was not on the promises that afternoon, and that they had no clue of who upper management was.  Not only was that dishonest, it was very unprofessional and unethical.  As a business entity based around customer service there is absolutely no excuse for anything less than exceptional service.
