kind.  She did not like this vehicle so asked to trade on December 15, 2017.  She chose the Malibu of $5,995.00 for an even swap.  It stopped charging the battery and the battery went dead.  It was towed to a local garage by her, and then towed to another specialty garage that deals with hybrid cars.  It was found that the alternator belt was broken and gone.  I had the repair done and AC compressor replaced at no charge to her.  My cost was $803.79.  I asked for some help from her and received $80.00.  This car was purchased AS-IS NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. On March 5, 2018, I helped her trade out of the 2008 Malibu to a 2009 Malibu of her choice with 69,400 miles on it.  This car was listed for $6,995.00 with no additional out of pocket expenses.  My business, Seneca Auto Sales,has gone above and beyond to help her at all cost.  She has treated me very unfairly.  My reputation has been upstanding for nearly 30 years.
