*** *** was in contact with the office on February 19th ,She was told we are able to give her, her belongings on Friday the 23rd at noonHer belongings are in a storage unit that is a cost to Ensure RestorationEnsure would not incur more costs just to withhold her belongingsIn her statement she said “I have a witness who saw his employees pour anti-freeze down the toilets, tubs and sinks but nothing else.” MrB*** himself did this winterization, not his employees, so the witness must not be reliable, because the witness would have seen MrB*** doing this not anyone else

January 24, 2018In response to the complaint that had been made on behalf of my company, I am not taking responsibility for the damage the customer is stating that I causedOn November 13th my company had winterized all of her plumbing(I will attach photos to show this.) My company had also
drained the water heater and disconnected the main coming in from outsideThroughout the entire time that we had been working in the customer's home, several other contractors and heating companies, that were not hired by my company or with my company, were in and out of her homeThe problems she is having now could have been because of the other companies working on her home at the same time we hadThere has been several below freezing days since the time we had done the winterizationIt would not have taken two months for a mistake to be shown on my behalf.Ensure Restoration & Cleaning Services, LLC

I am rejecting this response because:Photos of radiators & plumbers was already submittedMy B*** was not at the home with his employees while they were doing workOf course his employees are going to lie & say they did not touch anythingI have serval witness that can prove that his employees had the heat on without the water being connected, which the water meter had to be replaced because that was frozenI also have home cameras to show who was in & out on my propertyLike I mentioned before MrB*** knows himself that the radiators was hot the day I met him to sign the contract to room my content from my homeMrB*** did not weatherize my pipes properlyI have a witness who saw his employees pour ant-freeze down the toilets, tub and sinks but nothing elseA witness of mines used a radiator key to see if there was water coming outIf he had did so we would not be going through right nowHe is not trying to resolve the issueWe had one conversation over the phone and he automatically came to defense of his employees without asking them firstA very unprofessional companyAfter the last message & video was sent about the dumpster, it was finally removed February 6, Now I believe out of retaliation MrB*** is withholding my belongingsI called my adjuster Mike Mclntrye on February 13, to ask him to contact MrB*** to see what day he can bring my belongs because I am moving back in my homeOne February 14, I texted & called MrB*** myself to ask he did not answerI called MrMclntrye on February 15, to see have he spoken with MrB***, I was told that MrB*** said that he was going to call me but as of February 16, I haven't heard from my B***.
