Hello, I have been attempting to contact the company involved with my payment but I have no contact information for them because I cannot find my paperwork for the warranty. I have left a couple messages with EFS and have not received any response from you to even attempt to obtain the information necessary to obtain replacement paperwork for the warranty. At this point, I have found it to be a complete waste of money as nothing has been covered in the policy and then they called me to subscribe for additional serves stating that part of my warranty had expired. This is the most frustrating company I have ever worked with for anything and so far have seen zero benefits to the policy.

I located her contract. We are a payment plan company for vehicle service contract companies. A selling agent sells customers the policy and when they do that they take a down payment and send contract to us and we take monthly payments. We never took a monthly payment from this customer therefore...

of 2016.  This policy is administered through EFG Companies, is a Powertrain Choice level of coverage and was placed on an 18-month payment plan with EFS Companies.  At the time of sale, the customer is notified that EFS will be processing the monthly payments on their credit or debit card by the seller.  The customer receives a package through the mail after purchase.  This package includes documents detailing coverage and explaining the payment plan.  The customer has made 11 of 18 payments on this policy.  They have the right to cancel this policy at any time and will be issued a prorated refund.   Thanks, [redacted]
