Never ever use this company for your heating and cooling needsThe story starts just about a year agoI had a HVAC system that was about years old and just about dead, so I decided to have it replacedENT gave me a good price on a new *** system, how could I go wrong? Well....A couple months in I had no heat and had to have a part replaced, I should have seen the writing on the wall, but I didn'tThe heating was fine for the rest of the WinterSummer rolls around and the A/C goes out, oh boy here we go againI place another call to ENT for service, the technician comes, works for a while, and comes upstairs and tells me there is no charge for the callHe told me that the system had been incorrectly wired from the beginning! At this point I am seriously regretting ever using ENT, but wait the story continuesThe A/C goes out yet again, it's the weekend and I place another call for serviceThe automated system asks me to leave a message, so I doI never got a call back, so I keep trying and all I get is continuous ringingThis leaves me at the point where I need to call another company, who sends a technician and resolves my issueThe other company said it was my EEV valve, and he added some coolantThe issue of no A/C arose again, technician came out and got the system running again and this time it actually lasted for a few days, also taking with him the statement that he will order a new EEVIt turns out the EEV never got ordered! I know this is getting repetitive but stay with meThe issue happens again so I place more calls, being told there is nothing that can be doneI ask for the service manager to call me, never getting a call back I decide to go to their office which is a couple miles from my homeThe service manager was there and I explained my point, he explains his, and he calls his technician to find out some informationHe calls back and continues to state that there is nothing they can do and that the part will have to be replacedI then said "Let me ask you this", he cuts me off and says "Let me answer "NO", I start talking again, barely getting any words out he says "NO"The service manager was rude, obnoxious, and completely dismissiveI told him to keep his part and that I was done with his companyWhat did the technician do to get it working before? Why can't he do it again? He obviously did something, it went from not working to workingHere I sit today with no A/C in an 85+ degree house, no EEV, and no HVAC companyYou want to save your self some chilly conditions in your house? Or how about sweating? Don't have anything to do with ENT Heating & Cooling, you'll save yourself a lot of stress and aggravation

I am a homeowner who is looking for the install of central air conditioningI have put calls into many places, ENT being one of themI had scheduled an appointment for 6/2/after 4:00pmI received a call at 5:00pm stating someone was on their way No one showed up and didn't call again either I scheduled another appointment for 6/9/at which time no one ever showed up or called When I called on 6/10/to find how what happened, the receptionist stated that they are 6-weeks out and can't commit to any new contractsLast I knew, as the consumer it was my decision to make if I wanted to wait or not Secondly, she told me that if you are selling or buying a home, they charge for estimatesI simply explained that if someone had asked that question initially, we would have gladly told them our situation This was also an indicator that the person drove by my home back on 6/2/and never came in once they saw the sign Horrible customer service and very disrespectful to the consumer

Wow! Paid for a service contract after spending thousands on a bad AC. After months and numerous issues since, the AC continues to have issues. Technician dropped pants to urinate on our roof during repair (in view of neighboring office buildings) Owner answered my request for service today by cutting me off with "Do you want us to look at it or what" After telling him it hasn't been right since we invested thousands in initial repair and we really just want it done right was told "we didn't touch anything inside only on the roof" Interesting as they were at our business repairing something on the handler INSIDE just last month. Anyway, after he repeated himself "Do you want us to look at it or what" I repeated that I just want it to work after all the money we've invested with their repairs. Was then angrily told to "CUT THE [redacted]!" A return phone call by my partner was ended by the owner telling my partner to "[redacted]" I have not been impressed with the skills the technicians have in HVAC in our situation but more disheartening is an owner who speaks to a customer who put their trust and has spent thousands of dollars to remedy a problem with such vulgar disrespect. I would suggest saving your money and your pride and call someone else.
