Review: In February of 2013 I took my daughter to this specialist for an on going [redacted]. I was told that she needed a referral in order to be seen. I made all of the necessary phone calls into her primary and was told by the ENT she was all set. After her initial visit I was to come back in for a follow up. The day of my daughters follow up was the day of the big snow storm. I called the office to reschedule. I must admit that I missed the rescheduled appointment. Fast forward to the bill:This office charged me $150.00 for no referral (which I was told went thru)$50.00 for rescheduling my appointment (canceled due to blizzard)$50.00 for missed appointment (my fault)I am now forced to pay $250.00 or face collectionsDesired Settlement: I would like the $50.00 charge for rescheduling my appointment removed and reduce the $150.00 charge in half. If the referral didn't go through, I should have been notified immediately.
