I am rejecting this response because: I would like the products I ordered and paid for delivered to mePretty simpleThey asked what my business name was....so I gave it to themThey also had my full name and addressNo one in my building signed for the packageIn fact, the business downstairs is CLOSED on Mondays

Thank you for forwarding to us the complaint from *** ***.Mr*** placed an order with us by phone late in the day on August 24th, and instructed us to ship to Professional Installations, *** ** *** *** *** ** ***We shipped his order the next day, August 25th, and ***
delivered the order on August 31st.On September 9th, after Mr*** called us asking about the status of his order, we tracked the shipment and e-mailed Mr*** the proof of delivery (see attached).Mr*** then advised us that he lives above or near a store which sometimes receives his packages, the delivery signature was not his or anyone at the store, and other businesses resend products that are not delivered to him.We contacted *** on the same day, and, while on the phone, *** called Mr*** to advise him that we had initiated an investigation regarding his shipment (see attached).We called *** again on September 16th, and e-mailed Mr*** the status report that *** would not be completed with their investigation until the 21st.To avoid Mr*** having to wait until the 21st for a resolution, and since it is impractical to re-ship a second order to Mr*** when we are not confident that he will personally receive it, we will credit the full amount of $back to Mr***’s credit card on the 17th.Thank you for this opportunity to respond

Review: Ordered products that have not been delivered to me by this company. No call backs when promised. It has now been over 3 weeks.Desired Settlement: I have had other businesses resend products that were NOT delivered to me.

They also had my full name and address. No one in my building signed for the package. In fact, the business downstairs is CLOSED on Mondays.
