we just purchase a commercial truck 4-1- 2020 by a dealer *** there sales person told as the truck had just service and the truck was driveble 17,600 after two weeks the truck had problems so I called *** I talked to *** he said take it to there *** there mechanic *** 5 15 2020 around he took the truck for a whole day check and said the he checked the truck to drive It and if we had more problem to take back after two weeks having the same problems to start the truck the truck stopped in the middle of the street is san bernandino with merchandise not working 5 miles we took it to the mechanic he said he repair it 6/8 he was taking long to fix we call he said the transmission fell to the floor and he had to replace some parts on 6-17-20 he call it was ready as soon as we drove it the same problem with the Engine light with the tuck moving 5 miles per hour we take back he try to repair he said the probably was the pump after a 4 days 6 17 2020 he said the truck was ready only one day works on 6 25 our 1 day to work for a new company the truck didn't work I call Integra capital because *** said they where the owners who sold it now they said there sold it us it is they will fix this if I pay them back the repairs and is no guaranty if doesn't work to me you can not sale a truck and said drivable when it braking out in two weeks and the mechanic had it for a month and he can't not fix it correctly attn
Hello I’m sending a letter from Entegra capital llc after the had to pick up there truck from home*** because it doesn’t work since we purchase they have our savings on the down payment insurance and payment we loss our business contract with the company and after this letter saying the we sold the truck because we didn’t respect there contractor they sold a faulty truck and finish our dreams for our business because they have our money and we loss our business with the truck I have a copy of all the times I had to take it to there mechanic and the truck never work fine please help us business all we want is work attn
We have reached out to this customer and have worked out terms with her. The unit needed $2500.00 in repairs plus Entegra Capital paid additional $1350.00 for emergency tow. After multiple conversations with the customer Entegra Capital agreed to pay $1500.00 of the repairs and the $1350.00 for the tow. The customer paid $1000 of the repairs herself. Customer now has the truck back in her possession.

Hello I just want to follow up on the complaint I submit the truck the I have on the complaint Entegra try to fix it with there mecanic for the 3 time I had to pay and extra 1000 to there mecanic to fix the pomp and I week later not driving the truck we tried to moved it doesn’t start again same problem I had since I purchased I want to know what are my options I feel the right know we just along nobody help the consumer I had to pay the monthly payment for the finance if not the where going to put the car on repot unbelievable this is a night mare I need to know what are there guidelines and my right as a consumer attn
We are currently working with the customer on the mechanical issues. We have asked her to tow the unit to the repair shop and she has declined. She sent us a video of the truck not working. Our Asset manager is reviewing now. We have asked the customer to reach out to the repair shop.

*** our responsibility it’s not towing the truck when ever stop because Entegra mecanic doesn’t fix the truck for the 4 time I purchase a truck the it was supposed to be drivable for my business now they have to take back if they cannot give to me drivable since I can buy a truck for my business I haven’t been a able to work and I’m stil paying the truck in top I just pay there mecanic a week ago 1,000 dollars and insurances for the truck is not working attn
Entegra Capital financed my commercial vehicle lease with the lease being finalized on January 28, 2020. They were supposed to send the vehicle’s title to the North Dakota DMV so I can get my apportioned license plates. They have not delivered and the permit I got from the state to operate temporarily will soon expire. I have made countless calls to Entegra Capital and they keep sending me from here to there yet no one seems to know what’s going on. I paid them a down payment of $9,050.56 for the vehicle and they have not upheld their end of the deal. If this is not resolved, I will not be able to operate the vehicle nor pay them their monthly lease, they will ruin my credit and keep my money. Simply stated, I cannot work the vehicle without a title.

I did a truck leasing with them Entrega Capital in July 2019, they sent the registration and documents to a wrong address and they got lost, since then I have called and done everything I can with them,so they can send me the documents again to register the truck and since August 21 they tell me that I have to wait, or that the person in charge of that is not there, that I have to call every day, it has been almost 7 months since I was waiting for the registration documents and I could not move the truck to work.they don't want to do anything and just give me excuses, I need your help to be able to recover the registration so I can register the truck and work.
