Hello, I am part of a bridal party and we chose to get tickets to Enter the Imaginarium. We got them in advance since it was a large group and didn’t want to risk us all not being able to be apart of the experience. We got tickets for March 28th, and when the Governor implemented the stay at home order our reservation was cancelled. We did ask for a refund since a few people have lost their jobs (like for good) and others have had their hours cut since the Imaginarium cancelled on us not the other way around. They are refusing to give the money back and we can’t go when this is over since the bride will be married by then. Any help is appreciated.
Hello. I'm sorry to hear about the unfortunate circumstances for some of the members of your group. It is truly a difficult time. Please understand that Enter the Imaginarium did not cancel your experience. It is illegal for us to conduct business while the Governor has mandated a shut down of all non-essential businesses. Therefore your experience would need to be rescheduled to a time when it is legal for us to do so. It is an important difference. However, in an effort of good faith, we will be issuing a full refund. Good day and may the bride and groom have a long and prosperous life together.
