–Customer came to the store on April and placed an order for pair of pantsand shirts with zippers to be sewn in, both of which then became a customitem, since the pants required striping and the shirts do not come withzippers–Customer tried on both items to her satisfactionAlthough we did have to useanother shirt from the same manufacturer, the sizing and fit are the same–The shirts were ordered in a timely manner and arrived in the store on AprilThey were then patched and zippers installedCustomer was notified in atimely manner that the shirts were complete–Customer waited until May to come in and pick up the shirtsShe did not trythem on in the store upon pickup–Although the customer indicated she contacted the store on June 5, the first Iwas made aware of any problems was when she surfaced on June with the shirtsdemanding an exchange because they were two big–I refused because of the time lag from the date of ordering (½ weeks) and thefact that she did not try them on when she picked them up 1/weeks earlier–We have a standing policy, with a sign, ALL SALES FINAL
