Review: Entercom/Get My Perks sold me City Lights Cruise package and City Light was no longer in business.

I am replying to your Facebook response to my issues with Get My Perks. The Perk I purchases (two of them #XXXXXXXX and #XXXXXXXX), was the City Lights Tour, Tommy T's Tickets, and 40% or $45 off Posh Fashion. Which, by the way, was a birthday gift for my father. So, I tried to book a tour on City Lights and their Voicemail (XXX) XXX-XXXX, said that the they were no longer in business and call the place you purchased your tickets for a refunds. This is where my frustration began two fold, because one I have had trouble in the past with my Resturants.com purchase and the deal was still being sold online and advertised on the radio.
Other issues I encountered included calling the contact line and it would say that the wait time was five minutes over and over again and I would not get anyone for 45 minutes. Also, every time I called no one know what was going on. The first time was we did not know, but thank you for telling us we will inform the necessary people and you will get an email regarding this. Then it was we are aware of the problem and we are working on it, you will receive a refund to your bank account and an email (NEVER HAPPENED). I also asked why they were still selling something that was no longer valid answer: I don't know.
I spoke with someone in late July but didn't write down the persons name because I thought it would be handled. I spoke with someone on August 3, 2013. I spoke to someone on August 14, 2013. That person told me to call back on the following Wednesday, August 21, 2013. I called, but was on hold for so long I had to hang up. So then I finally posted on Facebook (not even expecting a response). To my surprise, though a month later, you responded to my post.
I still want the Tommy T's tickets and the Posh Fashion, but if that is not possible because it was a bundle that is fine, I want a refund. I love the "Perks", but I HATE the service. What can you do to help and try to make this right? I'm not just talking about the refund I was due months ago.Desired Settlement: I refund and something for my troubles to make it right.
In regards to the complaint, Ms. [redacted] was completely refunded her entire purchase price on 8.8.13 (see screenshot below). In addition, we issued her a $25 credit for her trouble on 9.16.13.
We consider this resolved and would appreciate your help in closing this issue.
