This customer has been fully refunded and, because his complaint took so long to resolve, we added an additional $credit to his account This resolution happened on 2/15/

I received this complaint on 11/8/and, as of 11/02/the customer was refunded by our customer service department The customer has been refunded a total of $across three different purchases Please let us know if there are additional issues

I received this complaint on 11/8/2017 and, as of 11/02/2017 the customer was refunded by our customer service department.  The customer has been refunded a total of $95.04 across three different purchases.   Please let us know if there are additional issues.

This customer has been fully refunded and, because his complaint took so long to resolve, we added an additional $50 credit to his account.  This resolution happened on 2/15/2018.
