I am requesting removal of this account from my credit bureau reports and for this account to be closed out with this companyThis account has inaccurate information reporting on my credit filesI have requested a dispute from this company and they have failed to respond to my request and submit the documentation I requested to verify the complete accuracy of the information reporting

I work from homeEvery week without fail my power goes out in the exact same locationEntergy has stated they were updating the pole that constantly goes out, but yet I lose power and money every weekEntergy wants their money when the bill is due, but neglects to provide consistent energy serviceWe, the state of MS, need relaible power or another company to provide itThis is beyond ridiculous

I moved into my [redacted] location in November and currently reside therePaid the deposit fee and connection fees associated with the accountFast forward to Janurary my service gets disconnected and I noticed in the mailbox I received checks for the same amount I applied to the bill and notice a bill in another person name that I don't knowI call the company and I am told my account was closed in November of and my service got disconnected because whoever that other person is didn't pay the deposit or fees associated with the accountI let them know I didn't know that person and I didn't cash those checksI also let it be known that I never called and told them to make any changes to my accountI didn't recieve a phone call, text message, email, or a red flagWhy was a random person able to call them and they make changes to my account without my permission? I was told those uncashed checks would get applied to my account and the bill will get changed back to m

About months ago, I had my power turned onI paid $to have entergy come out and place light poles and turn the power ownAfter a while, I realized I never got a bill so I called and asked about itThey told me I never had an account set upEven though I had electricity onAfter afew phone call, I was told that a field person needed to come verify my meter numberThey assured me my power would not be turned offOn that assurance, I left townToday my power was turned off and noone at entergy is willing to help me get it turned back onI have food in the fridge that will spoilMy freezer and fridge will have mold in it by the time I can returnAnd I will lose alot of money over thisI need my power turned on and I want all people involved reprimanded for poor service and communication

I set up service for my new apartmentI called on 07/to inform the company that I set up an account for the wrong apartment number I asked what did I need to do to get it for the right apartment numberI ask if I could just transfer the account due to it not being activeI requested for my account to be active on 08/The agent informed me that I would have get a new account set upShe never informed me of canceling the first account because it was not active when I called inNow I have received two bills one for the apartment that I am at and one for my current residenceI was billed for an apartment that I never live at I never received an email or text that services had been started at that addressThe account was credited for about $I have been waiting on someone to contact me about this matter

Entergy sent tree cutters out march I had to leave to go rescue a dog right after they arrivedI was gone all dayMy year old pecan trees were no where near the electric lines but they cut them back at least feetThey didn't do that anywhere else on my road except through the forestThey also drove through the yard leaving deep rutsThey did damage to the treesI've tried several times to file a complaintOnly once did anyone callHe refused to come out and he refused to even look at the pictures and then when I told him his workers must have been under the influence of something he hung up on me The only thing they have done is dumped some sand in the rutsIt didn't fix anythingI was told this last time that the complaints department note said that the ruts were fixed and the trees would grow backThis is totally unacceptable I'm filing this complaint on behave of my father who owns the house [redacted] ***He has authorized me to deal with it

We have called for weeks about getting power to our mobile homeWe have completed all requirements through our countyA Entergy employee has even told us we should have received power at he latest on November 5thWe have filed complaints for a supervisor to contact us and they have notWe have made house payments and yet to move in

Twice since 5/21/17, Mother Nature has caused power outages at my mother's home at [redacted] , MSMy mother has been on oxygen full-time for almost years and in May when the first outage happened, I was home visiting and bringing her home from the hospitalNot only did it take almost hours to resting power, but I went through customer service reps before I found someone who told me to get her doctor to document mom's medical condition in order to make her restoration a priorityI buried my mother on 6/16/17, the same day the second storm came throughWhen I contacted Entergy for an ETA on restoring power, I first went through the automated system numerous times to report the outage only to find that her home phone still was not listed correctly and the agent was impersonable and very rudeToday, my stepfather still had nompower and his daughter tried to get some help also, and has been treated just as, if not worse, than I was last nightWhat will it take doe Entergy's customer service to get to an acceptable services level?!

I have been trying hard to work with Entergy over the last couple of months We were in a bad car accident and my husband is in rehab We are working on little pay at the moment My payment was due last Thursday to avoid disconnection I had intentions on making that payment when a payment center opened on Friday morning Late Thursday evening, my grandmother, who practically raised me, passed away I had to leave town and under the circumstances I am out of town in another state with no available places to make a payment I have tried to get them to extend it until Friday because the funeral will be Wed and I will head back home Thursday and be in town sometime Thursday/Early Friday morning They are telling me there is absolutely nothing they can do and that my account is out for disconnection, which means my house will be so hot and most likely the food in my freezer and refrigerator will spoil I told the lady I spoke with that I will have the full past due paid on Friday

Back in October Entergy came out to swap out my meter without my knowledge I received a notification from my alarm system at about 5:saying power had been disconnected I made it home around 6:and noticed the meter was missing and one of the connections was grounded out on the meter base I called Entergy and they said they saw where someone had put in a ticket earlier that morning to have the work done I was not notified or anything in advance They also told me at that time a technician would need to be sent out to disconnect my power at the pole If the information was correct me or one of my children could've been electrocuted if we'd touched the meter base The technician did not leave any type of warning saying there was live voltage going through the meter base and the other technician did not make it until around I was scheduled to leave to go out of state for business on Saturday and would be gone for an entire week Since there was no power my family a

In May, Entergy erroneously disconnected my serviceMy apartment manager sent them a form requesting they turn off electricity in unit Dand instead Entergy disconnected my unit Bby mistakeConsequently, I had to set up a new accountEntergy had used my security deposit of $to pay my final billHowever, my final bill was less than $200, so I was left with a credit of $When I set up the new account, I said that the amount I was owed should be credited to the new accountThe Entergy representative I spoke to said this would be doneHowever, this amount has no been credited to my accountI called on Tuesday of last week to inquire about this and was told that I would be sent a refund checkI said that I would prefer to have the amount credited to the account since that was what was originally agreed uponThe representative told me that she would put in a request to have the amount credited and that it should take hoursHowever, that didn't happenSo on Monday

I made a payment through bill matrix to Entergy for $282.00 on 3/22 and this morning (3/23) I check my Entergy acct and it says pending disconnect. I spoke with Entergy customer service and the rep was very arrogant towards me and unhelpful. I was told to contact bill matrix and I did this and they said they would research and contact me by end of the day. I spoke with Entergy again and they said there was nothing they could do and that I would most likely be disconnected while this is being researched.

On 2/14/my power was shut off said to be from non-paymentWhen I caught the tech trespassing by climbing over a locked gate with a no trespassing sign, I asked him was the problem wasThat is when he informed me he had a disconnect noticeI told him I will take care of itWhen I called Entergy they confirmed it was for non-payment and they stated they sent out a notice in the mailI then told them I had not received anything, which they lady I spoke with told me I needed to ask the post officeI asked her how could I check with the post office if I was not aware of thisShe told me I don't know and asked me if I had the text options, which I do but told her I did not get them eitherI asked if they would turn it back on with a set up payment for that Friday which was days away, she told me noI let her know I had a year old in the home and it was already getting hot and asked her how could I even cook for her, she again said I don't knowI then asked to speak with a supervisor, and at this time my husband arrived and notice that the tech also tampered with out phone box on the side of the house and cut wiresOnce I talked to the supervisor, he was even more rude than the first lady I spoke withHe again told me I had to pay the whole past due and the reconnect fee that day or I had to wait to have power till Friday when I got paidI asked what the balance I needed to pay was he told me one amount so I made arrangements to borrow the money to get the power turned onI called back to make the payment and the lady told me a different amount and argued with me about him telling me the different amountI spoke with him again and he proceeded to hang up on meI got the rest of the money and they told me it was not guarantee I would have power that daySo after going all night with out power and dealing with two rude people I am at mi wits end with EntergyI just a call 2/26/about the complaint on the tech days after I filed, they told me it would be about daysShe tells me there is nothing they can do about the tech trespassing and messing with out homeI just don't know what else to doI am like many other who are stuck with Entergy because no one else offers power in our areaIf I could I would go back with [redacted] ***, they are a company who is all about these customers, which Entergy is notEntergy only cares about there bottom dollarI am high considering removing all Entergy service and running off generatorsAt least I wouldn't have to deal with rude employees, lack of communication, and all the fees associated with Entergy and there bottom dollar on the most expensive electric I have ever seen

I have lived in this house for a yearMy Entergy bill has been extremely elevatedI was not satisfied with budget billingAfter dropping this service my Entergy bill was increase to $Therefore my lights has been off x week now, with no help to pay this amount

Entergy has yet to release my $400 deposit from a previous account. They rolled my $400 deposit into my new account instead of giving it back to me. There is no sense in a $400 deposit, when my bill usually runs $116/month. I'm told that I can not have it back unless I close the account. The $400 was gathered from me from 2 previous (closed) accounts.

Entergy is saying my services have been off since October. November 30,2017 mymeter was taken off my home. I have been trying to speak with someone concerning my account and no one has offered to help me. I have been waiting for a supervisor to call. I still do not have any lights and they are demanding me to pay $500 when I was not aware or recieved any notification that my lights were disconnected.

My service was disconnected after p.m on November All payment centers were closed at that timeAnd you have to pay before p.m to get your service turned back on the same dayI don't think that was right or fair to wait that late, it was dark outside.I have never known anyone service to be turned off that lateI don't know what Ms utility laws are but that cutoff time doesn't seem right to me
