Getting new service has been the worst experience and customer service has also been terrible. Maybe two out of the five representatives have been nice. None of them have any answers as to why I am scheduled for a setup and they never show. 3 times now! Just no answers no communication and nothing to find out. They are not a good company and if they are back logged they should at least communicate this instead of saying they are coming and being a no show. I have to wait 2 days for a call from local office I’m told. Which I am almost at the end of day 2 and my phone is silent. Just what I thought. If you don’t have to move in an area where they supply energy, run like hell. Absolute terrible company.
