Hello,
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.  We have tried contacting **. [redacted] several times over the last several days and were finally able to contact him this morning.  We found that he was able to connect to the Internet while his DSL modem was directly...

connected to his computer.  We also found that he had reset his wireless router settings which caused his wireless connection to his router not to connect.  Although wireless support is not something we typically offer we assisted **. [redacted] in reconfiguring his router & computer settings and we are happy to say his wireless connection is working now!  Also, **. [redacted] had a bill due for his DSL service since 01/27/2014 which was not paid, he has now paid that bill and his account is in good standing.  If **. [redacted] has any future problems we suggest he contacts us directly at ###-###-#### and we will be happy to assist him!

Thank you,

Dear

customers
are vital to any business. While we disagree with [redacted]. [redacted]
[redacted]'s claims, because she did not notify us of cancelling on or
before the due date or was able to provide us any cancellation number
or record of cancelling her account. Also she received an invoice 30
plus days before her renewal which stated “If notice of
cancellation is not received by due date, your credit/debit card will
be charged on due date. Enter.Net does not give refunds for any
unused services, or for customer's failure to notify Enter.Net of
their intent to cancel services on or before the due date. In the
interest of goodwill, we will be issuing a full refund of $71.85 back
to the method of payment that was used on 05/06/2014. She can expect
to see that refund back to her credit card in 1-2 weeks depending on
her banks processing time.

Review: I pay for a wifi service through Enter.Net and everytime I need assistance with my service they always ask for my phone number and rarely call me back When I do get a callback they say I need another type of tech and they will call me back. Tod ay they called asking for payment and once again I called to tell them I'm not going to pay my bill until they fixed my wifi, but they just wanted my phone number and pretented they couldn't understand me. I said to them "you had my phone number for the last week doesn't it sound familiar to you". and she created a scene to get me off the phone. I went up to Enter.net to talk to somebody and after a useless conversation a technician said to me they would call me back at 7pm.I didn't get a call at 7pm so I called the office and the answering machine said they close at 6pm.Desired Settlement: I just want wifi service to work and I would like them to do what they agree to do.

I subscribe to DSL service threw Enter.net and prepay them annually for internet service ! Whenever there is a problem there is no one available to take care of issues after normal business hours or an on call basis and if you can get a technician during business hours they never call you back as promised or follow up on service failures which are becoming more frequent lately ! my service has been down for over 15 hours again and still no response after leaving many voice messages to a machine as usual ! They always say it is a Verizon problem, but customers have no access to Verizon except via Enter.net ! They seem to totally ignore customer service after payment is made ! Very frustrating not getting what your prepaying for!

Review: The company, 'Enter.net', agreed to provide me with DSL internet service via [redacted] subscriber lines to my home. The advertised service no longer functions reliably, and is non-functional the majority of the time. [redacted] has advised me the problem is not local to my residence.Desired Settlement: I no longer wish to wait for this company to resolve their problems as this is not the first time they have probed an outage at my residence. I have no further use for the service Enter.net has been unable to provide to my home, and request a refund

Review: Enter.net provides my internet service. I am unable to send emails. I called and they have not responded to the problem. I have paid for a service I cannot use. This is not the 1st time this has happened.Desired Settlement: I want a billing settlement and assurance the problem will be fixed and not recur.

Review: In February 2014, I contacted Enter.net and spoke to [redacted] to let him know that I didn't want to continue my yearly subscription and that I only needed service through the month of April 2014 because I was moving to a new location. He was able to give me a three (3) month service through May 7th and I agreed that was fine. I authorized that one time payment for the service. On Monday, May 12, 2014, I was reviewing my online checking account when I saw a $71.85 charge from Enter.net for internet services. I immediately called Enter.net around 9:30 PM and left a message. I followed up with a call around 9:30 AM on 5/13/14 and spoke to [redacted] who referred me to [redacted] for refund. I left a message for [redacted] who did not return my phone call. I called back after 4 PM on 5/13/14 and spoke to [redacted]. He stated that no cancellation was on file, and he would have to charge me for the unused month of service AND a $25 cancellation fee, thus leaving my refund at a minimum. I explained to him that I had indeed spoken to [redacted] in February about moving and only needing service until the end of April, but [redacted] said there wasn't anything on file. I responded by asking that because [redacted] didn't document our conversation properly, I was out the money? He didn't offer any further discussion so I asked for his manager. [redacted] forwarded me to the General Manager and I left a voicemail. Today is 5/15/14, and I have not heard back from the GM. So, I contacted [redacted] in billing to make sure that my account was 'CANCELLED'. She confirmed it was. I explained that I understand why they have their policy, but when I called to adjust my service in February 2014 and terminate it as of 4/30/14, why didn't [redacted] inform me that I needed a "FORMAL" written request or needed to call again in April to cancel the service? She transferred me to [redacted] to discuss the refund, but as luck would have it, I got his voicemail. I left another message and explained my understanding of their policy but that [redacted] had not explained the necessary steps to cancel my service. I also referenced that I wasn't surprised the GM didn't call me back, and that I felt it was poor service. In addition, I informed him that would be taking this up with the Revdex.com and my bank. I asked that he give me a call back to discuss.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $71.85

Review: I hired this firm to do some internet work for me. After 2 weeks iI finally got in touch with the. A few days later they sent me a sample using my web site that I had already done. There were no improvement in fact the sample did not look as goos as mine. I told then that the sample was not acceptable. They took about another week or so and sent me another sample that was not as good as the first one. I told them not to withdraw any mor3e monmey from my account. Because there product did not meet my satisfaction. I got a call from the president of the comnpany an d said it did not matter what I wanted. He was taking more money out. I haded him a letter to the fact not to and I sent him registered mail which he refused. As such, I spoke to my bank and since he used my debit card my bank closed that card and issued me another with a new number. Even though told him verbably and handec him a letter stating not to tak any oney out he still tried. He called me up with threats which I do not accept.

This company is using scare tactics and threats to coerce money from people. They do n ot belong in business. After I got swindled I checked them out and you had 21 complaints against them. This number 22

They have $932.20 of my money and did n othjing to deserve it. I want my money back

Sincerely, [redacted]Desired Settlement: Them ouit of business and my money back.
