Review: Enterprise 38 parking garage has clearly posted signs regarding the rates, as required by the city. Except special rates which are not listed any where. When I went in the garage to park the car, I read all the rates on the wall and was ok to park there, based on the advertised rate of "AFTER 4 PM". I went in at 4:05 PM. Rate was $15 + tax. When picking the car at 9:30 PM, I was told there is a SPECIAL rate of $53 for that day. I asked them for a written note on the walls or in the garage that shows that day was a "SPECIAL EVENT" day but they could not provide any. This is against NYC laws and regulations. I also took pictures of the walls where rates were listed and do not see any SPECIAL of any kind for that day. My car was held hostage for half hour as I tried to negotiate and make a sense of the issue. The attendants were very uncooperative and would not offer any resolutions of their own. They should be fined for illegal advertising.Desired Settlement: Instead of $53, I should pay $18 as advertised. A credit is due on my credit card.

In response to the complaint placed by [redacted], please note on July [redacted] 2013 the rates in effect at our facility Enterprise 38 LLC were events rates for the Jacob Javits Center.
The Jacob Javits Center had the T-Mobile All-star Fan Fest and the Amma Tour show in effect from July [redacted] to July [redacted] 2013. I have enclosed their event calendar; for your review. Please note [redacted] entered our facility at 4:05 pm and departed at 9:30pm. This totals 5 hours and 25 minutes.
As you can see from the picture I enclosed for you review our posted rates list Jacob Javits Center Rates. 'The time frame [redacted] parked fail under the Max to 24 Hrs rate, which is $44.78, plus 18.375% NYC parking tax, which totals $53.00. Please note [redacted] was not incorrectly charged.
