I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The response by Enterprise Toren Parking in NYC was unacceptable because the business does not seem to take into account that the four-hour delay in retrieving my automobile cause me a great deal of hardship. I missed a day from work due to my late arrival in Boston (1:30 AM!) and so did one of my passengers. The delay wreaked havoc on our schedule for the rest of the week.
I acted in good faith. I arrived at the agreed-upon time to retrieve my automobile and paid my bill promptly. The fact that the car could not be retrieved due to a mechanical malfunction was entirely the responsibility of the business. Maintenance of their equipment is their responsibility and they cannot throw their hands up in the air and claim not to be responsible. I am very disappointed by the poor service that they provided and I expect them to give me a full refund of the $91 that I paid.

Review: On Friday morning, May *, 2015, at 7:08 a.m., I left my carat Enterprise Toren Parking, [redacted]. I left the car there over the weekend and told the attendant that I would retrieve by 5 p.m. on Sunday, May **. When I went to retrieve it at 4:23 p.m. on Sunday, May **, the attendant came back without the car, saying that the lift mechanism had failed and he could not retrieve the car. I asked how long I would have to wait, as I was scheduled to arrive in Boston before 10:00 p.m. that evening, and was told that he didnt know, but he would have to call for maintenance. It was about three hours later that the attendant called to say he had gotten the car and I could come and get it.This caused me serious inconvenience and no small amount of stress. I wrote to Enterprise Toren Parking requesting a full refund of the $91.00 that I paid, but they refused to refund the money because it was not the attendant's fault. I didn't claim the attendant was at fault. How could the attendant be responsible for malfunctioning equipment? It is the company's responsibility to maintain their equipment and to deliver their customers' cars at the time that they expect to pick the up.Desired Settlement: The issue will be resolved once I receive a refund of the full amount that I paid, $91.

Review: On 2/**/14 my wife parked in this garage located at [redacted] in the city (phone ###-###-####)ticket # [redacted] checkin time 1:21:59PM, checkout time 2:35:01PMcost $23.00. Although the sign outside said credit cards were accepted, she was not permitted to use hers with the reason being a problem with Verizon. If that was really the case, there should have been a notice posted at the entrance. And according to Verizon, they had no reported issues in this area. The attitude of the attendant was rude and inconsiderate. While my wife was trying to decide whether to park there in light of the credit card issue, the attendant rushed her and said if she didnt make a decision immediately there would be a charge. Since she was late for an appointment she stayed. After she picked up the car she noticed there was an item stolen from the storage compartment between the front seats. The value of this item, besides sentimentality, was approximately $30.00. This was an abhorrent experience.Desired Settlement: A full refund of cost to part of $23.00, plus $30.00 replacement cost for the stolen item
