The interest rate is as stated. The additional fee is the management fee. This is a lease and it is common practice to charge a monthly management fee. The rate the customer was charged was fully disclosed, which is the $120 she is speaking of. I am guessing she has not done...
a lease before? She may just not be familiar with the structure. This program was set up to help Expats qualify for credit when coming to the US. Most other lenders will not touch this business. It is expensive for us to offer this program and the management fee is justified.
