Customer was refunded all money.

Review: 01-18-14 needed to get a 'loaner' due to car repair at [redacted] on Camelback, Rental office was already closed and supposedly [redacted] called ahead to Enterprise-rent-a-car at the airport for a vehicle. it was agreed that [redacted] handles the payment as a courtesy.

At the location the CSR A. [redacted] processed the transaction, confirming in front of witnesses that by [redacted] will only be charged as a hold until the car dealership pays.

my card was charged 298.00, then I received a refund- after filing complaint to my bank it was retracted, yet now it's getting charged again...

Upon finding out from my bank the new development I called [redacted], then Enterprise- [redacted] is looking into it...Enterprise had one CSR look into things- then handed me over to the supposed Manage [redacted] who rudely states she didn't see any mistakes and I have to deal with it. I explained at I already complaint at [redacted] and it's under review- since I was not to incur any charges, so I would discuss remedies with her. Nope- she would not deal with me or the CSR Mr. [redacted] who had told me in front of witnesses that no charge will be posted. So I noted that I will file a complaint- oh well go right ahead...and hung up on me.

**that I had been hung up on after waiting on hold 3 times before I finally got to actually talk to somebody was already not the customer service I expected*Desired Settlement: for Enterprise to issue refund once they finally find the [redacted] payment on this ticket. Retraining on customer service and customer care might be in order as well
