At this time, I have been contacted directly by Enterprise Gold Garage LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: They offered to repair vehicle at there body shop which is located far away from me and upon trying to search the repair facility nothing came up on google search for the company I'm not required to use there body shop and have follow there company procedures in providing estimates within there time frame As stated before the company didn't want to fill out report until police were called to scene There policy is if you leave the facility without reporting it that day would make it null and void There employees tell the people to come back the next and they will fill out claim There is a sign that is on the wall almost at ground level which is usually blocked by cars that states don't leave without making claimI'm still waiting for response from company in regards to not wanting to use there body shop In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Review: Parking garage caused damage to vehicle. Police were called as they wouldn't fill out claim report as per company policy. They mislead people and tell them to come back tomorrow knowing that if the consumer leaves there is no claim. They are unethical and won't repair car. Have to take them to small claims court. There are a lot of complaints at this garage and company. The very same day another womans car was damaged.Desired Settlement: Like business to repair damage to car and to alert other consumers of there unethical business practices.
