Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
There has been numerous complaints concerning this room prior to the November date listed. We have had many problems with windows not closing, locking, and water leaks. I am very sorry that I do not have the exact dates of the work. Mr*** told me he had complete documentation on everything done to this addition. If he is telling the truth then he can offer the dates for the many returns concerning the leaks and window problems. I agreed with the work survey, AT THE TIME THE WORK WAS COMPLETED. I do believe the bottom of the floor should not have fallen down after years. The inside damage was for years of leaking roof prior to the roof replacement. I am asking that Mr*** repair the remainder of the sinking floor. I also request that he repair the roof. I have offered to pay Mr*** to repair the roof damageand am offering to pay again.. I have never asked him to do any indoor repairs. In regards to his accusations of being aggressive, profane, and negative, he was extremely confrontational from the moment he arrived at the house on the night of April. He castigated me for having the roof replaced, questioning the workers involved, and continually asking why I had not called him to repair the damage. I tried to explain to him that the roof was replaced due to the fact that it was leaking, in the same spot he know says is faulty installation.Again, all I am asking is to add the additional floor joists, as has been done on the east side of the house, thus leveling the floor. He has said that the roof repair is the "easiest to fix" of any of the problems. I, again will offer to pay to have him repair the roof. I have never asked him to repair any of the inside damage. I will fix that myself. I will add, again, that his own workers said that the floor joists would need to be added, and that the support should have been done that way to begin with.

To whom it may concern;
This letter is in response to the complaint filed by [redacted] complaint ID [redacted]. The following is an account of what transpired between Mr. [redacted] and Enterprise Home Improvements, LLC.
In October of 2008 we completed a sunroom project for Mr....

[redacted]. I have enclosed a copy of a survey that was filled out and returned to Enterprise stating he was more than satisfied with the job we completed. This particular job required a permit, which was obtained, and inspected to insure the stability and quality of the addition. There were no indications that there had been any issues with the room.
In November of 2014 we received a call in regards to the floor in the sunroom. At this time the 1 year warranty had elapsed but we made the service call and a repair was made at no charge in December 2014 and again in April 2015.
A new roof was put on by another roofing company but was done incorrectly so further damage had been done to the addition as well as the home. After a few phone calls between Mr. [redacted] and [redacted] Mr. [redacted] became very aggressive, using profanity and negativity to voice his concerns. He later wrote a letter apologizing for his & his wife's behavior, which I have also included a copy of.
Enterprise was never made aware of any roof damage that required repair. According to Mr. [redacted] a claim was made with his insurance company to repair hail damage. The roof that Enterprise installed was removed and replaced by another company in 2012 (ice guard and flashing on chimney were installed) and was not done correctly.
As a side note, the back of the contract states we are not responsible for interior damage and this was signed by Mr. [redacted].
I have enclosed a copy of the letters sent to Enterprise as well as a copy of the contract, survey and pictures. Mr. [redacted] was working with the customer until the situation escalated into a hostile one.
