August 26, Dear [redacted] ***, Thank you contacting us and let us know about this issueThis is the first time see this type of correspondence from your officeIn regards, to the complaint from MrNesianya, it is unfortunately that this type of customers do this to get away with free work.This is what we did for him:- We agreed to repair a leak he had around a second floor double doors, when I went up there to inspect I founded out that the wood was totally rotten and missing a section of it.- So we added oil based caulk then we added the trim section missing, applied more caulk and painted the whole section then we recaulked and painted the other door which is part of the same room which was not estimated but we did it to even things out with the new paint, then we reinspected the work to be sure everything was sealed off, I warranty that water would not go through the repair work we didA week later he called me for estimate to paint his entire house then we setup and appointment for a Sunday at noon to meetThat Sunday I had a family emergency that my wife who had been in the hospital for 1/month had a serious episode soon after that I called [redacted] that I was going to be an hour lateThen he went off on me insuiting left and right that I was going to pay for not making his appointment on time and he was going to contact every organization (apparently he is working on it) and saying ail kind of heavy words and never left me explain my situation, so then I hanged up.My wife passed a week later - [redacted] ***, this is a very disturbing situation as I am going through so much pain with my survive minor son, I do not want to deal anything with [redacted] In addition, I am disappointed for what he is doing trying to cause more damage to meMy company has been in business for over years and our core of customers are extremely happy and satisfied with our workmanship.Please ask [redacted] to review his conversation with me and his words,This is what I would say to him "we all deserve respect" even contractor.Thank you again for contacting us.If there is any further information require from us please do not hesitate to contact me directlyWarm Regards, Heber C President

MrHeber C***, owner of Enterprise Home Solution (EHS), unfortunately,
is not being truthful
We had a leak as he rightfully stated but there was no
visible rotten woodHe claimed that he knew where the water was coming from
and could fix it for $450. I asked him why it was so expensive and he
said that he uses special caulk. He also said that he guaranteed all of
his work and if the seal failed he would come fix it
There was no way to know if what he did fix it until it rained
againWe had rain five or six days later and the problem still existsI
contacted him multiple times, each time he would give one excuse or another and
on three occasions he told me he was coming but never showed upHe never
showed up once, at least to see what was going on with the work he warrantedHe
won't respond or honor what he said - that he stands by his work. I
contacted him multiple times and he gave me many different appointments but
never showed once until this very day
His allegation that I insulted him was unfounded. I don’t know how and when I insulted MrC***The estimate to paint our house was discussed
before the caulking and I asked him to give me an estimate but our priority was
to fix the leak firstMrC*** is injecting all kinds of claims or things
that have nothing to do with the work he collected money and was not done
What MrC*** has done is not standing by the work he
warranted and does not deserve the $he took because we had to pay
another contractor to fix the leakThe only way to know if a leak was fixed was when it rainedThe leak was not fix and he wants to keep the moneyIt’s important that this type of incident
does not happen to another consumer

Review: I had a water leak around one of the exterior doors at my house and called Enterprise Home Solution, Llc along with other Companies on fixing it. Heber C[redacted] owner of Enterprise Home Solutions, Llc, said he could fixed it and there wouldn't be any more leaking. He said it would cost $450 to do the caulking around the door. I asked him why it was so expensive and he said that he uses special caulk. He also said that he guaranteed all of his work and if the seal failed he would come fix it. The problem still exists so I have been trying to contact him and he won't respond or honor what he said - that he stands by his work. I have contacted him multiple times and he gave me many different appointments but never showed once. I hired another contractor to fix the water leak. He has refused all effort by Angie's List to resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money refunded.
