The agents involved in this case have all be coached.  A refund was issued this morning and [redacted] should be able to see this directly back on the card used to pay in 3-5 Business Days.

Per Lead Customer Care Specialist, Jessica B[redacted]:The Florida office that [redacted] references is our call center, which is a division of our customer service organization within College Board.  After researching [redacted]'s case history, the "fax" in question actually appears to be an email...

which contained a copy of her PEAU score report and conversion tables.  The information was attached to a duplicate case that was created due to multiple calls to multiple divisions within our organization.  All call records have been combined and her information is not lost.In regards to the converted score report that [redacted] is requesting, the only report we are able to provide are her scores as they were at the time of score release for her PEAU.  The documentation that [redacted] is in possession of clearly indicates that there are "...significant differences in SAT-PAA score conversions.  These differences are mainly due to diversity in the representativeness and characteristics of the populations that take the SAT and PAA exams.  In addition, the equating studies show differences in the difficulty levels of both tests".  It is for these reasons that we provide conversion tables, which have already been provided to [redacted], so that an institution has data to compare the scores but we do not provide converted scores reports between the PEAU and SAT as they are different tests with similar yet different purposes.

The customer was contacted back and advised that is she wished to cancel the order she requested, we complete the cancellation and issue a full refund as the scores had not been sent.  The customer declined and stated she needed to have the scores sent.  Our system shows that the customer...

was not charged for anything except sending scores and the archive fee which applies to any score over 1 year old.  This policy is also clearly explained on our website.

Because College Board is a gateway to accessing test scores essential to attaining secondary degrees, it is unethical to provide such poor service. Those unable to fiercely and doggedly advocate for themselves stand no chance against the web of incompetence the College Board has weaved. The number of disheartened would-be college enrollees must be staggering.

Per customer care specialist, Mike Mitchell:[redacted] contacted the College Board on 10/**/2017 to request assistance with his account to register for the November SAT.  In a preliminary review of his information, the Call Center found that the issue was due to [redacted] having...

several accounts under his name and the issue was escalated for review. We received the Revdex.com submission on 10/**/2017.  I reviewed the accounts for [redacted] and was able to merge the accounts into one master account.  [redacted] can now login to his account to complete the registration process for the November Exam. I tried calling [redacted] on 10/**/2017 at 12:15pm (EST) to relay his new login information to him. Unfortuantely, [redacted] was not available so I left a voicemail detailing the changes I made as well as his new user identification.  I have also sent a follow up email with this information to the email address we have on file.

Customer Care Specialist Oscar S[redacted] has been in contact with the customer.  We currently do not have this customers email in our records, therefore cannot speak to where he is receiving emails from.  Oscar has advised the customer that if he receives an email from a [redacted]...

domain, he should contact him directly for further assistance.  We cannot speak for emails that do not come from our domain.

scores must also be resent to [redacted], WA as previously paid for. See attached College Board confirmation email.For the record, NONE of the schools ([redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] or Olympic College) purge official SAT scores. Registrar staff unanimously advised that if scores are received, they are immediately entered into permanent student information, creating a new file if necessary. The fact that all five institutions did not receive either the 2009 or 2010 scores illustrates an issue with College Board reporting mechanisms and not the educational institutions. Thank you.[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved.To anyone who views this dispute, it must be obvious that those options cannot be satisfactory to students.  The college board is supposed to automatically refund the test fee because the score has never been delivered, but they have not done so yet despite several requests of ours.  The refund of the test fee cannot be optional.  If the score could not be delivered, the fee must be refunded.  Students studied for the test for a year, and the test was lost due to the negligence of the college board.  The refund of the test fee cannot constitute a compensation.  This dispute should remain available for the public view, so that the public can see how outrageous the college board can be.

Customer service spoke with the customer on February **. The representative processed the name change and transferred the registration to the March * SAT administration.

A customer care representative spoke with the customer on February * and received confirmation that the SAT scores had been reported and received. A refund has been issued for the rush reporting fee as rush reportign is currently not available.

Student's scores are available and notification was provided.

The student's scores are available and can be viewed via their online account.

We contacted [redacted] and were able to determin that his original order was placed under the incorrect name of "[redacted]".  We offered to issue a refund but [redacted] stated he would still like to receive his scores.  Since he had already paid the archive fee under a seperate order, a...

new correct order was placed and charges were waived.  [redacted] should receive his scores shortly.
