We corrected the problem and contacted the customer to inform. He was upset that the refund was placed on the credit card he paid with. Given his inconvienence he didn't want the company to be reimbersed he wanted the refund to come to him. That being the case we re -charged the card and will be processing a check to him for the $

I called the customer and informed her that we would refund the $in fuel today

We have apologized and have discontinued our pursuit for any money owed. We have closed our claim on our end

The Area Manager let the customer know that the charges are accurate. The customer ended up dropping the vehicle off at the Chatanooga Airport. It appears we gathered the drop fee from enterprise.com which was $297 at the time. The Area Manager just spot checked the current drop fee from...

Jacksonville Beach to the Chatanooga Airport and it is even higher at $320. Therefore, we will not be refunding the customer the drop fee charge.
