Gary got back to me the next week. The jet ski lift was removed completely. I am in the process of replacing all the pilling of the boat lift. It was not their fault to have worms eating up the pilings faster than normal. I strongly recommend to get plastic wrap all the pilings immediately after the construction which would have prevented this from happening and save more than $13,000. will update you after completion. Thank you very much. still like Gary and his crew.

very bad experience so far. Gary and his crew built a boat lift and jet ski lift last year for my house in stpet. Both were completed in April 2018. It was a 16000Lb boat lift and a 1500 Lb jet ski lift. I don't live here, so both of the lifts are empty since it was built. We noticed the Jet ski lift started to shake since Jan or Feb of 2019. Called Gary's office and was told " normal". It getting much worse recently. We called again Sep 27, 2019 , they never replied. By Oct 1, 2019 morning , we found the jet ski lift already fell in the bay. I called urgently to Gary, He said normal for the jet ski lift to shake, but after I told him it fell, he sent someone to see it. The nice gentleman saw the piling broken on the root already, he told us to get divers to check out the rest of the pilings... everyone is booked out for 2 weeks. So I just paid a lot of cash to get divers work on Sunday ( today) to check the pilings on the boat lift. As the worst nightmare, it is mostly rotten already and one of them is so bad , the 16000 Lb boat lift is pending to fall at any time!!!!. I just sent out another email to him now, urgently request him to get back to me. I called to Gary's company many times and no reply last week. I already lost the jek ski lift and motor in the bay for the past week , still not out of the water yet; now I am looking to lose the boat life and motor ? I have tried for one week to get hold of someone. I many have to hire another company if they don't reply in the next day or two. There will be more loss if I continue waiting on them. They did my seawall in 2008. They did my dock in 2012 and they did my boat lift in 2018. I had a good relationship with them. I like them as contract friends, I paid my bill on time and I expect a good service and deliver a trust worthy product. I will keep you all posted this coming week. so far it has been a terrible experience. Please see the broken jet ski pilings and boat lift piling ready to break anytime... Keep in mind the jet skin and boat lift are only 18 m old . I need some explanation on why it is bad so quickly... are the pilings pressure treated ? A regular dock or boat lift can last for 20-30 years. I don't mind to pay more to get it corrected. I need someone to talk to me and get a reasonable solution asap before the boat lift falls and cause more damage.
