I had a 2.5" gel topper from this company that I got at *** years ago, before the thing started to crack and pull apartThe girl I spoke to here was very understanding and was helpful with no hassle or run around on my claim It took a a couple weeks for it to get in but I did receive a brand new 3" gel infused topper under the name *** ***I couldn't be more happierYou guys have a life long customer
Purchased this product and did not have a zippered cover that was stated in products detail/directionsMade several phone calls to company and even though announcements give hours and they should be open, no matter which option they can not take your phone callon website used the "contact us"Over a week ago they said they would mail out a cover, I have not receivedWhen I called the store where I purchased, I was told none of the ones sold contained coverThey were told it was the piece used for shipping that looks like it would be trash! Do not purchase this product!!!
I purchased a 10 inch gel infused memory foam mattress from a local retailer. I followed the decompressing instructions (and even waited an extra 2 days longer than instructed) but the mattress never fully decompressed. So I called customer service at Sinomax since there is a 10 year warranty on the product. I was AND AM so completely impressed with the company's attitude to the customer and most especially with Customer Service Department. I didn't have to argue or prove my case or go through any negative or uncomfortable banter. They were so extremely accommodating in not only the phone conversation but throughout the entire process. As they didn't have another comparable 10 inch gel infused memory foam mattress available they located a 12 inch one and shipped that to me. I wish all company customer service attitudes and policies were in sync with Sinomax. I totally recommend this company and their products.
