When I received the car from the parking attendant, I identified the scratch and told the attendant, who acknowledged the dent/scratchHe nonchalantly stated the scratch was already there (that was a lie) and that management was not there to handle my request to see the camerasThe parking attendant did not offer any indication that I should have filled out a report that formally stated there was a dent/scratch on the carOther parking lots usually give a customer a ticket with a diagram indicating that both parties have identified an obvious dent/scratch prior to the customer leaving their car for the dayI did not receive such a ticketI did leave, and after speaking with the police realized that the proper procedure was to have the attendant file a report with the garageHowever, the same parking attendant said, *** *** *** ** *** *** ** *** ***" He visually confirmed the dent/scratch prior to me leaving and still did not want to file a report.
It's clear the garage is playing shady games and acting very unprofessionally towards these kinds of incidentsThey prey on people's lack of understanding over how to respond to these kinds of incidents and are left gaining the upper handThere is no sign saying that formal reports can be made should a car be damaged inside a garageLastly, there's a great degree of possibility that cars routinely get scratched at the parking garageAttendants use a tightly cramped freight elevator used to take the cars up to the second floorIf they move the cars a few inches to the left or right of the elevator there's a big chance for a scratchMy car is a sedan and it barely fit in there.

By calling the company directly I won't be given an impartial response. The sign is posted at an obscure location. The attendant did not inform me of my right to file a report prior to leaving. He also spoke very limited English, and his overall demeanor was standoffish and completely unprofessional. I demanded to see video indicating the spot was there prior, and was never shown. 
This parking garage appears to be extremely derelict in its professionalism and should be thoroughly investigated.

Review: I RESERVED A PARKING SPACE WITH ENTERPRISE ON 1/**/16, I ARRIVED AT 8:15AM AND WAS TOLD THERE WERE NO SPOTS AVAILABLE.I EXPLAINED TO THE ATTENDANT WHO STATED HE WAS SORRY AND HAD SPOKE TO HIS MANAGER ABOUT SITUATION BUT HE HAD TO LEAVE AVAILABLE SPOTS FOR MONTHLY CUSTOMERS.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE IF YOU RESERVE A SPOT, THAT THE COMPANY HONORS THE RESERVATION, THEY SHOULD VERIFY ALL RESERVATIONS DAILY AND IF FULL NOT THEY SHOULD NOT ALLOW RESERVATIONS.
