Enterprise Rent A Car #1203

My name is [redacted] and I wanted to inform you of the mistreatment I received from one of the branch managers in Fort Collins, Colorado at branch #1203 (ticket number is [redacted]) Enterprise Rent A Car 2100 S. College St, Fort Collins, CO 80525. I rented the a minivan on Saturday April 5 at the Fort Collins location and returned it on Sunday April 6th. The representative was nice and showed me around the vehicle for any dings and damages, but didn't show me the inside of the vehicle. As I got home to pick up my family my wife noticed how dirty the van was in the back. There were crumbs on the seats and dirt on the floor. In addition there was melted chocolate on the floor and the cup holders were also filthy. The outside of the vehicle was not clean as well but I understood being in Colorado the weather could be unstable at times. So, immediately I called the branch and spoke to a representative named [redacted] who claimed to be the assistant manager, to find out today that he was not the actual assistant manager from [redacted] Michaels. [redacted] promised to waive the whole rental due to me being unsatisfied with the rental car and told me to just return the vehicle with the same amount of gas in the car. My sister [redacted] was the primary renter and dropped off the vehicle after hours after dropping me at the airport since I was only in Colorado to visit from California. When my sister [redacted] called to confirm the vehicle was received and to settle the bill she finds out that she was charged the full amount. At that point I contacted the branch and spoke to [redacted] who was immediately not sensitive to the issue and did not believe that the vehicle was dirty. I tried to explain to him the specifics of the uncleanliness of the van and he continued to waive any of my concerns. Finally, I resorted to asking him the name of his boss, but he didnt want to give me his name. Then he hung up the phone on me while I was trying to explain to him that this was unacceptable service especially from a branch manager and that I wanted to speak to someone from the corporate office.
